    Bluetooth randomly turning off

I think it might have started after the last update, but that update was so small that I figured it was just a security update. Also, I updated very close to the date I got my new car, so it's hard to do a test to see if for some reason it is the car. I still have a hard time believing the car...

    Bluetooth randomly turning off

Weird Bluetooth issue. It just turns off randomly. Sometimes it does it when I'm connected to my car, sometimes not. Let me be clear: it's not just losing the connection to a device, it is literally turning off completely - I have to go into the settings and turn Bluetooth back on. I thought...

    adjust vibration strength?

I can rarely feel my force vibrate when it's in my pocket. Does anybody know if there is a way to adjust vibration strength?

    My night with Z Force

Gmail, calendar, and drive for 2 Google accounts. And I suppose Bluetooth and WiFi are constantly scanning because I never turn them off. But even when I'm at home, when I'm connected to WiFi the whole time, I still don't get nearly the battery life folks are reporting here.

    Screen question

Mine did scratch very easily. I was sitting on a concrete step and the phone slid very slowly out of my pocket and landed relatively gently on the concrete face down. I now have 2 small roundish gouges where I'm sure the screen hit small pebbles. I was surprised at the amount of "damage"...

    My night with Z Force

I think I must get crappy cell signal near my house. I'm lucky if I get just over 3 hours of screen on time before it's under 10%. I know app usage makes a difference, but I rarely do anything besides twitter, internet surfing, and Android Central app. I leave wifi on all the time as well as...

shattershield not as protective as it sounds

Holy crap, so the shattershield is basically just a screen protector? That's kind of cool that the screen protector is pretty much built into the design of the phone. Not sure why people are putting screen protectors on these phones in the first place, other than that the replacements aren't...

shattershield not as protective as it sounds

When you say smooth out the chips it sounds like you are referring to the feel of them. I can definitely feel them if I run my finger across them slowly enough, but I'm more bummed out that I can see them all the time. I hope that top layer folks keep talking about does become available, but...

shattershield not as protective as it sounds

I don't really have a convenient way to take a picture so I'm probably not going to do that. But I will say that you very well could be right, they may be deep scratches. I don't consider them to be scratches because they are not linear, as though something was dragged across the screen. It's as...

shattershield not as protective as it sounds

I wasn't aware that this is how the shattershield works. In that case, it's not a bad concept. I didn't know that only a layer on top needs to be replaced.

shattershield not as protective as it sounds

I've been going with no screen protector because of the shattershield. I've seen the drop tests and was convinced I'd be fine without one. Turns out though that while I'm confident my screen won't "shatter" if dropped, it doesn't seem to protect against chips any better than any other screen. I...

fingerprint sensor doesn't always unlock phone

Huh. Turns out the smart lock location for my house wasn't even turned on. I hadn't noticed before that in the smart lock settings the location that showed my address was grayed out. When I clicked on it I was given an option to turn it on. So, I just turned it on and we'll see if that affects...

fingerprint sensor doesn't always unlock phone

I'll try it and report back. Seems to make sense that I wouldn't need smart lock anyway since the fingerprint is the secure way to unlock. Posted via the Android Central App

fingerprint sensor doesn't always unlock phone

I'm very pleased with the sensor overall, especially the speed and the flexibility of the positioning of my finger on the sensor. Just can't figure out this pesky pinpad thing. Posted via the Android Central App
