Hey sandwich, how is the performance of the phone while heated up. My LG G2 heats up quite a bit and when it does, it starts to lag terribly! I just want to make sure the V10 will still keep on truckin'.

I had this same question too. I noticed a lot of people on reddit complaining about easily scratched screens on both the V10 and G4. They blame it on Gorilla Glass 4 which they say is known for scratching easy. I'm pretty sure I've heard the same thing about every iteration of GG, so I don't...

If I remember right, the phone turns itself on when you plug plug it in to charge. Try plugging it in, THEN turning it off.

After the update, it seems my battery drain on standby is MUCH better. I could leave my phone on standby and lose almost 10% an hour sometimes, now its maybe 2-3% an hour. I have no idea what changed, especially if its just security stuff, but I'll take it!

The glass covering the camera lens shouldn't affect it much at all. Maybe a little more lens flare? Think of it as a UV filter on a camera which is nothing but another piece of glass covering the lens. So long as the glass is applied properly, there should be no ill effects.

Like MittenSportsFan said, its a very subjective choice. I've had an LG G2 for 2 years now and love it (though I wish I never "upgraded" to lolipop. Before that was a Motorola Droid Razr Maxx, and before that I was the now infamous Samsung Galaxy Nexus. I just went and tried out the new Droid...

That's what I got out of it. I'm still going to try my best not to drop it of course, and I still may consider a case to protect the screen (depending on what options are out there). I have to admit, watching the live demo at the Droid Turbo unveiling where the presenter dropped the Droid Turbo...

I'm not too sure about how tough the glass is, but the phone was built to pass a 48inch MILspec drop test.

Out of curiosity, in what way is the screen a disappointment? On paper it sounds great (513ppi vs the S5's 432 and the S6 Edge+'s 518). Brightness or saturation lacking?

I will 2nd that battery drain while asleep is a lot less. I left my charging cable by the computer and was too lazy to get up and get it, so I just left it unplugged bedside last night. Went to sleep at 62%, woke up this morning and it was at 61%. Everything else seems pretty much the same...

Re: G2 Touch Screen Issues? Mines still there but it does it so rarely it doesn't bother me much and when it does occur, I just turn the screen off and then turn it back on agian and it's good as new. Interestingly enough, I turned off knock on yesterday because I was getting REALLY annoyed...
