I ordered mine (Graphite 64GB) on the morning of 12/7. I got a shipping notification that evening, but the phone didn't actually get sent out until early Wednesday AM. Received it Thursday 12/10. So definitely contact someone or cancel/reorder. That seems weird.

Well yeah, I can do the same on an old Moto X, but that doesn't mean it's pleasing to do so. Display calibration is important to some people, maybe just not you.
