Welcome to the forums. It can be hard to say what is wrong. I'd say put it on your charger for at least 18-24 hours. If it still doesn't turn on, there most likely is something wrong on the board level (probably the storage is damaged somehow), and it may not be worth fixing.

It sounds like something is up with the image you downloaded. I have some questions: 1. What phone is this? 2. What image did you download? 3. How does the phone act when you pull the notification shade down? Does it blur the image?

I plugged the error into search and came up with this: I'd start with making sure you have ADB in either your PATH, or go to the folder you have ADB in and open a CLI there. The other question I have is what ADB command did you use?

I'd guess a bad sync? I don't know of a tool, but you can remove the numbers by clicking the X to the right of the number to remove.

From what I understand, basic FTP is unencrypted. Throwing that out there in case security is an issue.

Sorry that it didn't work out. It's instances like this that show how much the USB standard falls short.

I checked on behalf of the OP. Couple things didn't sit well with me: Amazon has more specs listed than the OEM site...a lot more specs. Amazon only states that it's a type C. Not what version of USB it is. I'm tempted to say that the USB port can't output to HDMI.

Like @SpookDroid said...it depends on the app and what it's asking for. Maps won't work as you'd expect if it can't access GPS (say goodbye to turn by turn directions).

What kind of cable? USB3? Is it a new cable? Where did you get it from?

For me, no. I think the most I had was 30, and I just updated. Never crossed my mind to wonder why so many.

Then they are probably gone. The storage drive is soldered onto the board itself. If you change the board, you are changing the storage.

Is it a physical SIM card? It might need to be replaced?
