    Cleaning up "Other" storage

I'm not sure how to counter that. It looks like you have 64GB of total storage; Either one (or more) of the apps you have installed doesn't do well with getting rid of garbage, OR you need a bare minimum 128GB for your next phone. You can use the reset to trim your apps to see if one is out of...

    Question Deleted default launcher com.miui.home

Welcome to the forums. TWRP used to be a custom recovery. Is this something different? If it is a recovery, did you make a Nandroid backup of the OS? I've always hated Luck Patcher. It's the equivalent to bolting something onto your car's engine without really knowing what it does. What were...

    Cleaning up "Other" storage

@SpookDroid got most of it, but I think Other can be items that are marked to be deleted. If you have a file manager, you can check the trash and see if that is holding large files. Otherwise, I would almost say reset. If you have everything synced, and know your account and password, a reset...

    Nova Launcher (RIP)

I'm on a Pixel 9a. Used to love Nova...still do. But when I found out they were sold, I dropped them right there. Because I had a feeling the project was going to go by the wayside. Now it seems like it has. Using Google's stock launcher is ok. I had Nova set up so that I didn't need to use...

    S25 catches on fire

I was going to suggest carrying a cylinder of table salt to extinguish the fire....there's just a couple tiny problems: 1. Lithium ion batteries can exceed the melting point of salt (801C) 2. The batteries can create their own oxygen source. Not sure a single bucket of water would be enough?

PLEASE HELP. Can't fix a strange error on android?

I did see it that post. I thought I included this upcoming as part of my other post, but I didn't: For the error: Did you copy the entire error code? If they truly said a -1 code means <whatever they replied>, by all technicalities a error code -2147483648 is different.

PLEASE HELP. Can't fix a strange error on android?

From a normal user's POV, it's not really important. I just wanted to clarify why someone would look at that number and wonder why that specific number. A data type in programming is something that needs to be declared with a variable. There are several different types (INT for Integer, Float...

PLEASE HELP. Can't fix a strange error on android?

So, the large minus number within the Mediaplayer Error 1 (-2147483648) . That is the largest negative value of an INT data type. If I had to guess, one of the values for the program exceeded what it was expected to handle. You've used the app for 10 years. Did you have all 9k songs on the device?

    Blackberry anyone? Clicks Phone

My opinion, it should be like the Samsung Fold, but with the keyboard on one of the internal faces. So you have a standard touchscreen on the outside, so it acts like a standard phone, flip it open and you have a full keyboard (or gamepad) and a landscape display. I had a similar phone pre...

My sony xperia 1 iii died

Welcome to the forums. It can be hard to say what is wrong. I'd say put it on your charger for at least 18-24 hours. If it still doesn't turn on, there most likely is something wrong on the board level (probably the storage is damaged somehow), and it may not be worth fixing.
