    How did you go about contacting LG? The bezel on my phone is beginning to chip for no reason (never dropped). It also powers off at least twice a day.

    Still waiting on mine replacement. Ordered it on November 30th and it is still pending. CS does not have a clue why I did not receive it yet. This is getting ridiculous.

    No. They email you a shipping label to ship it to them...no charge.

    You have to order a replacement for $350, which will show as pending on your credit/debit card until they receive the defective unit. You don't send the defective unit to them until you get your replacement. No shipping fee.

    How long did it take for you to receive your replacement? On a side note, I was emailed a return shipping label from Google. You may want to check your spam box, etc.
