I would not do that as more likely to damage the screen if you bump into the corner of a table etc.

I suggest you let it fully charge then turn it off, give it 20 seconds then turn it on again (rather than use the Restart option) and see where you are at then.

Don't know why it is showing the wrong account but doesn't it let you switch to the right account? Failing that a Force Stop / Clear Cache and Data will let you start again with the right account.

I would never contemplate using a phone without a screen protector and a bumper cover.

I use the FileManager+ app to FTP files between my Samsung phone and my Windows laptop. What does the Link to Windows app offer over and above that?

Have you tried playing the music files that give you this problem using another media player such as VLC?
