    Go into "SETTINGS"..."LOCATION" and check VZW.

    Who is ditching the thunderbolt and who's keeping it?

    If it's a company phone why are you even thinking of changing to something you have to pay for? My last job gave me an iPhone, I already had my Tbolt, but I used both for work. That is how I discovered that the iPhone sucks except for sound and display.

    Please HELP! Firmware Upgrade?

    Are you rooted? If so then tell your phone "NO"...... You don't want to do OTA's if Rooted. If you are rooted then go into "SETTINGS"... "LOCATION"...uncheck any VZW or Verizon settings. "Standalone, Google, and Phone finder" are fine.
