I had the same problem like OH ryan, but in my case, I changed Dalvik to ART thinking it was going to be better, faster, battery saver and blah blah blah... but nope, nothing like that happened. I couldn't unlock my Moto G anymore. I have to admit, I thought you're joking when I read your fix...
