I did and I called this morning, immediately escalated it up to their supervisor and he finally found it claiming, "they forgot to log it in as received" last week. God, so shady it's unbelievable but I asked for confirmation to be sent. (BTW, received both of these emails this morning)

This problem happened to me last Saturday and the AT&T customer service rep immediately knew what I was speaking about. Seems to be a very well known issue with his response.

So according to "9 to 5 Google", Google has confirmed that Verizon branded Pixel phones will get updates from the carrier and Google will only handle security updates.

I'm definitely curious about this plan but do not want to be the guinea pig, will be curious to see if anyone finds "hidden costs" in this plan as there always seems to be with AT&T.

I've had mine 3 weeks now, no issues but then again I have a caseology case on it. I would suggest if you're paying for a $700+ phone, spend a little extra for a solid case (no cheap knockoffs lol). Posted via the Android Central App

If you're on the fence and not in immediate need of a phone, go ahead and wait for the unveiling of the M10. I had the HTC One (M7) and absolutely loved it so I have faith HTC will release a great device. All that being said, can't go wrong at all with the S7, I absolutely love my S7 Edge...

The home button comes with a plastic, protective film on it so maybe that's what is peeling off? If that's not the case, definitely take it back for a replacement before the 14 day period is up.

So even if you keep the newly activated line and just move the phone to another line on the same account, they'll charge you for the full price of the phone?
