I have the note 2. I would hands down go with the s4. The screen on the s4 is a true hd screen with almost double the clarity with the ppi. I thought the s pen I would use, but I don't. The note 2 is 5.5 inch and the s4 is 5.0 inch so a bit nicer size in my opinion. The s4 has a lot more goodies...
