    It's a pretty cheap phone with compelling specs and it's got Lollipop. The only downside for me is a terrible camera.

    Re: silen mode gone on z3 afterski lollipop You can put your phone into "No interruption" mode which is kinda like silent mode but also hides all notifications.

    App drawer folders

    It's already been discussed here. App drawer is a part of the launcher and the only way to change it is to install another launcher.
