Hi Ochfy. You might be about to sideload a standard nandroid backup with adb sideload. If not then you should try and S-OFF, run the ruu and which should get you up and running again. Make sure to check your h-boot version to see if you can S-OFF.

Mate you've done the same thing I did a few months ago. If you can't side load and you're s-on then I think you're stuffed. Send it to HTC and hope they fix it as they did mine.

Maybe try flashing a Rom based on the 4.1 firmware mate. You may find one with a mixture of them both. Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk
