Is anyone having luck getting the discount applied today? I just got off the line and they said they will only honor the discount for people who brought their phone on 10/10 due to the error. I said I preordered the phone on 10/6 but the rep I talked to still refused to do it.

I also tried chat 3 times but to no avail. All three denied the existence of the coupon and gave me a phone number to call.

Coming from an incredibly small 3.5" iPhone 4s, I found that it wasn't as hard as I expected to transition to this beast. Took me a few moments with the Note 3 to find the perfect holding position, but after that I loved having the bigger screen.
