T-mobile. I've noticed it when I was calling it from a Tracfone, same with my husband but my grandson said he's had other people comment on it when he was using it too.

I noticed this problem when my grandson was using this phone and I tried calling him, now that I'm using the phone (he got a new one) I'm having the same issue. It doesn't happen all of the time but occasionally when someone calls me I can hear the phone ringing but they can't and they assume it...
