Nevermind guys... got help from an unlikely source Apparently its a bad idea to update your rom without updating your firmware first (didn't know they were separate) Updated that and now everything is running smoothly

I've tried restarting and flashing other roms clearning cashes etc :/ its odd having the same issue's using similar apps over different roms :/
