Yes, it just did this. I "cleared data' under settings>apps>media storage, and it showed my SD card still had space taken up but none of my files showed in Google Play. Now I have to re-upload all of my files to my phone. Is there any way to remove the old empty files next time WITHOUT screwing...

Will this clear the data (names of files etc)of the files that have NOT been deleted from my SD card? I don't want to have to re-upload everything jsut to get rid of some empty file names.
