I really feel like this has to be the fix for me because your symptoms are exactly the same as mine. However I do have IPV6 disabled and all of my apps are still very slow. Did you perhaps change anything else at the same time?

I upgraded my router from fios to the newest router (quantum gateway) and it's STILL happening. Rrrrrrrrgsgsgsg

unfortunately that is one of the first things I tried based on the success of a few others... ipv6 was already disabled by default. I also tried enabling it (just in case). No luck.

I reset the factory default multiple times and even loaded old firmware... no dice. Also tried turning my fios router into a bridge and using another router I had, no dice (cant buy a new verizon modem/router as it is a COAX connection). Finally called VZW and they are sending me a new note 4...

still not working for me and ive tried everything. driving me nuts. wifi is almost unusable on my note 4. I dont have TMO so I dont have the HD Voice over wifi option.
