yes I've tried charging it over night. I've tried 3 different connectors. Nothing is working. I've done a complete factory reset and still nothing. I am completely stuck on what to do.

See there's another problem with that. My phone will only charge up to 83%, no higher. Sometimes when i look on it after I take the charger off and it's at 83%, it will say a little later that it's at 93%. Then like 10 minutes later i'll get on it to check, and it's at like 70%!?!?! I don't know...
