It's "carrier agnostic". I bought it from Best Buy, and then installed my old phone's SIM card over. As for the model number, its: SM-G960U1.

I've heard that unlocked Samsung Galaxy S9s now have Android Pie. However, whenever I try to update my unlocked S9, I get an error. "Unable to update the software. A network or server error occurred." Why is this happening? My phone hasn't updated, or even checked for updates automatically...
