You need Root in order to fix it. This crap is allways caused due to errors in the wifi . Anyways , if your phone is rooted. Download Root browser , get into it . There should be this small button on-top with m/s or something like that , toggle it get into a file nammed ect find a file there...

All what you need to do is this ( I strangely bumped into this solution) 1.) Get off your current wifi 2.) Launch the play store and leave it running on connection error( without the internet) 3.) Re-connect to wifi but make sure its another network ( its only temporary to fix it) 4.) Back to...
