Yeah, pretty much just with wired headphones. Didn't think of that: stupid. Aftermarket headphones, but yeah, volume buttons etc on the headphones. I wouldn't use IPhone headphones. Just cheap no-name headphones *shrug* Time for some expensive Samsung headphones I think. Maybe even Bluetooth...

I've only ever noticed it when listening to music. Wired headphones. No Bluetooth. Online/offline: both, problem persists. It's not constant, but occasional. I thought volume buttons, maybe, so sat down, stopped moving - the problem persisted, occasionally. App causing the problem? If so...

Dunno. I don't listen to music when my phones in Safe Mode, but when I listen to music, the volume keeps going down. Is there some dic*head with his/her finger on the volume control?

Or, just format the phone. Or, get a new one. *shrug* Any better options?

Safe mode: good idea, cheers 👍. From what I read, if that's the case, then some other app could be causing the problem. How would I identify the app causing this problem? Much appreciated 👍
