I want one!

So after cussing for two days, and a handful of other issues, phone hot, no sound in some videos, random setting disagreements... I chalked it up to a bad install and factory reset the phone. That seems to have fixed everything.

Since I upgraded yesrerday on my Att note 4, my autobrightness keeps resetting while I am reading. I turn off the autobrightness, but 5 minutes later my screen will dim again, and it is checked again. I checked power saving mode, and it's not on, cleared my cache, and turned the phone on and...

When I tried it, I could do short voice messages, but not video calls. I don't know if I'm just not finding it or if it just doesn't work on my Note 2.

I love my phone, and can usually manage to live with bloatware, but all the duplicate programs are driving me insane. If I root it, will it get rid of Samsung programs altogether and just give me the Jellybean stuff or will it allow me to pick and choose what I want? If I screw it up, can I...
