Target IS acknowledging the recall. They are taking the phones back, out of contract and allowing you to either return or exchange for a different phone. They ARE requiring all accessories that came in box, (cord, charger, headphones, adaptors) and if you are returning rather than exchanging...

Target is definitely not doing loaner phones, they just don't have that much inventory to burn. Samsung is only paying for the Notes, and Target is only allowing for one exchange per guest.

We haven't been given an end date on accepting returns yet, so it shouldn't be an issue. They are requiring the phone to still be in perfect condition with all accessories, although some stores/districts are being less picky about it.

Yes, IF another option is available at that particukar Target. Noone is getting blue :-( and with some carriers there is only one color choice.
