Has anyone ever had any issues sending MMS messages, or know how to fix an issue like that? My last phone was an S7 Edge on Sprint, and I didn't have this issue to my knowledge. Now I have the S20 Ultra on AT&T and several people have mentioned that the pic I was sending didn't come through...

Does "free stuff" mean stuff that was purchased with the Samsung credit from pre-ordering? If so, how long did it take to get your credit? I registered today, got notification that I was approved a couple hours later, but the message said to expect my credit in 4-6 weeks...

I pre-ordered the phone from AT&T. I think that's what the update size was, not positive though. Wish I had paid closer attention.

The only thing that comes up when I tap the dots is an option that says "device help"....when I tap that, a link opens to a support page on the AT&T website.
