I'm having the same problem. Drives me nuts. Two seconds away from demanding a device switch to the I5 or S3. This phone has been nothing but issues since I got it. I'm on my 6th replacement, this last one was for this exact problem. Absolutely unacceptable.

Just bought two new N7's from Wal-Mart yesterday, also bought their 2-year extended warranty. One of them has this flicker issue, one doesn't. Both C9 SSNs, within 100 of each other. Will be returning the defective one in the morning.

It's only audible when charging and plugged into the AUX jack. On different chargers and stereos. Unplug the charger, noise stops. AC charger, car charger, don't matter. Makes listening to music from the car dock unbearable.

I'd assume so as well, but there was a rattle within my first phone, so whatever it was, it worked all the way loose.

I had this same issue. I just took it in and got it replaced. Mine effed up after like 2 days.
