No, the auto brightness is off. Never have used it and I usually leave my brightness between 40 and 50%. Hope my g2 isn't f*#ked up. I've never dropped it or banged it around. Always have a case on it. Posted via Android Central App

Go with the N10. I actually have the Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 and love it. Yes, the car still has bald tires and I canceled cable tv and the wife sleeps with her back to me but the Note 10.1 2014 is an awesome tablet. For the price though, I don't think you can go wrong with the Nexus 10.
