Rim does not get enough credit, there are still quite a few things BB does better, especially out of the box. They look old, but if you dig into features they were miles ahead of everyone else before apps and browsers ruled the phone industry. sent from my phone

Airplane mode is what I would do...uses hardly any battery in that mode. A boot up probably consumes as much power as a couple hours of standby in airplane mode then you woud just have a widget to toggle. sent from my phone

Wow that really stinks, my dinc shows 6.something gig free for emmc. I'll have to look through that guys analysis maybe its so the folks that let a billion txts build up and got low mem warnings on incredibles made HTC use a bigger part of the system for that stuff. sent from my phone

+ 1 for Dropbox. Box.net is also pretty good but not as slick. There are other ways but require poking holes in your firewall and generally just being a pita without a static ip. sent from my phone

The yahoo mail app pushes, also I used k9 mail for a while and while I don't remember the settings I used if it wasn't push it was close enough. Everything but hotmail was almost instant. Just turn off notifications and polling in the HTC app while trying out options. Then you don't have to...
