I had the same problem, but seemingly found a solution: Step 1: Power off your phone. Step 2: Carefully open the back cover. Step 3: Remove the battery. Step 4: Re-insert the battery. Make sure it's tightly placed. Step 5: Put the back cover back on. Problem solved! What seems to have worked is...
