I noticed an issue this weekend in that Google's "Android Messages" won't send MMS while Wifi is connected. Just normal SMS would work. However, with Wifi connected, the default Verizon Messages+ app would send MMS just fine. Pretty annoying.

I also received the DQA error after performing the update. The only thing that worked for me was doing a factory reset. Multiple reboots and clearing the cache several times didn't do anything. However, since I did the factory reset, the error has not returned.

Thanks for the input! I ended up trying Best Buy to see what they had to say. They are actually going to replace it free, although I'm guessing it's because it's still within the 1 year of warranty (purchased 6/15). The only downside is that they didn't have any of the blue models available...

My G4 just died yesterday with the bootloop issue. I was able to put it in the freezer and get a few things off as well as reset it back to defaults. But once it warms back to room temp, it bootloops again. Mine has a 505 serial number as well. Has anyone had a luck returning it to Best Buy...
