Thanks for replying. The App in the Playstore is only for Android TV and not for stock Android which is what is on my box. I have not seen any means of contacting Troypoint. Troypoint tell you on their site to load it through your browser, which is what I have tried to do.I will leave it for now...

You can use it to load APKs onto Firesticks and Android Boxes It used to be an Amazon product but Troypoint bought it about a year ago

I have downloaded the APK for Downloader and when I try to install it I get the Install failed message.I have done this dozens of times before. I know one reason for this is that there could be remnants of a previous installation on my Minix U9h Android box but I have searched the files ES file...
