    SG7 outlook sent mailbox not showing current emails

    Hi my husband has a Galaxy s7 and is ready to throw it away....he/we can't seem to get outlook to work properly. The issue is with the sent box, he will send or reply to an email and it doesn't appear in his sent box....is there a way to fix this...help!
