I just had this update pushed to my Galaxy S6 Edge by Sprint. Immediately upon downloading my phone disconnected from the network and hasn't been able to send or receive calls, texts or any form or data exluding Wi-Fi. I tried updating the profile, PRL, restarting the phone, everything. Nothing...
