Is there a difference between the Verizon and Sprint Nexus.

Sprint GNEX has zero carrier installed apps. VZW GNEX has Backup Assistant and one other app I believe? Sprint Galaxy Nexus

    Best Buy Sprint Galaxy Nexus

Best buy is really good about the phone returns/exchanges, that's part of their policy: 30 day exchanges with no restocking fee (carriers usually have $35 restocking fee). What they would not be happy with is if you go in with the intention of just getting a temporary phone for a few weeks then...

Geek Bench 2 Benchmarking Scores Galaxy Nexus

Okay, Geekbench was updated to v.2.2.7 and runs well on new Sprint Galaxy Nexus(OMAP 4460) with ICS 4.0.4. Seeing scores around 1090. Not quite as good as 1120s on Exynos with Gingerbread, but very comparable. Will keep testing from time to time.

    Best Buy Sprint Galaxy Nexus

Picked up my GNex from Best Buy Tonight too. Pre ordered Sunday morning(launch day). Great upgrade from NS4G, although both run great on 4.0.4. Hope everyone gets theirs soon too. Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk 2

Assuming you are referring to Best Buy corporate? How did they say it? Sent from my Nexus S 4G using Tapatalk 2

    Best Buy Sprint Galaxy Nexus

The whole thing is disappointing. Best Buys don't have any in stock anywhere, and the Sprint stores that even got inventory, only got a few. I blame Sprint for not having enough manufactured/delivered. Sent from my Nexus S 4G using Tapatalk 2

Sprint hiking insurance on LTE devices!

Best Buy offers smartphone Accident Coverage through their Geek Squad Black Tie Protection for $9.99USD/ MONTH and never a deductible, but it does not cover loss or theft. Still, 10 bucks a month with no deductible is a pretty good deal nowadays, especially with Sprint raising prices. Sent from...

[Official] April 22, $199, preorder now

Glad to help. If you want to get really fancy, ask the rep to "please look up the Sprint Galaxy Nexus in the BEAST(it's an acronym) pre-order section". That will get their attention(and they will probably say; "Wow, did you used to work at Best Buy?" and you can say, "No, I frequent the AC...

[Official] April 22, $199, preorder now

Haha, I'm not surprised no one knew about it, corporate didn't announce it in employee news like they normally do for pre orders. If you decide you want to pre order the GNEX, tell your Best Buy Mobile representative to check their pre-order system, its listed and active in there. Sent from my...

Predictions: When will the Sprint GNex be released?

Sorry, second to last sentence. Most sales people will let you do anything as long as you have the passwords, that's the reality of it. They would rather make the sale. Technically speaking, the carriers do not permit it though. Sent from my Nexus S 4G using Tapatalk 2

You are right, I mispoke. Should have said they don't come pre-installed. I never did find Sprint ID in the market, I think that may need to be pre-installed, though. Sent from my Nexus S 4G using Tapatalk 2

Predictions: When will the Sprint GNex be released?

I'm excited for your LTE possibilities! I have a feeling that sprint is trying hard to under-promise and over-deliver with their LTE roll-out, so we are going to see an explosion very shortly of more cities with LTE than has already been announced. For example, I have been reading for 9 months...
