I most definitely will read the contract closely next time. I decided I'm going to take this phone back while I'm still in my return period. I'm going to purchase the phone again and put some cash down on it to pay off a lower bill than the original $1,800 price.

This is the exact reason I go directly to the stores to purchase my phones. Plus AT&T is giving a much better deal than Samsung with the trade ins. There have been too many of these horror stories about Samsung and Fed Ex. Hopefully you can get this resolved.
