The Droid Turbo 2 or whatever they call it should be out in a couple months. It's rumored to have the latest specs, slightly smaller screen than the Moto X pure and large battery. May be the upgrade MAXX users are hoping for.

The OEM Samsung Note 4 Protective Cover is awesome. It looks great, has a great texture, and doesn't add much bulk. The bumper corners really should help during an impact. From Samsung's site:
