I sent a request this morning to return the camera and phone and I received a response in a couple hours. So far my experience has been positive in returning the phone.
I tried my best to keep this phone but the software and camera performance are subpar. I have requested a return label. I will see what the next version brings to the table.
I do agree they should have offered to cancel the orders from the people that wanted them. I hope they learn from this. Customer service is not easy and they are learning the hard way
I think in this situation they are hoping that if you give it more time the phone will grow on you. You can reply and say thanks but no thanks. I don't think their reply is out of line at all. The choice is still yours.
I am able to get the gear plugin and app to install but I am not able to get the Samsung pay gear plugin to install. It says my phone is not compatible. Is anyone else having this issue? I did a factory reset and the issue remains.
