I forgot to mention that the one consistent that I have noticed is that it only dies after I have had the phone connected via Bluetooth for awhile. Otherwise it keeps the cellular connection fine.

This is getting frustrating. I have a retail version of the G4+, and it randomly looses cellular connectivity till I reboot. I'm not sure where to look for a fix or how to diagnose it. Any suggestions? BTW, I'm on Metro PCS

I would try the SDFormatter program: https://members.sdcard.org/downloads/formatter_4/ It is the "technically" the official way to properly format SD cards, based on the type of SD card. Meaning that it will choose the proper format for the size of the card.

I'm on MetroPCS and the phone is working fine. MetroPCS uses the T-Mobile network.
