Is there a way to be connected to wifi while still connected to my phone via bluetooth or do I have to manually turn off bluetooth on my watch to use wifi?

I just recently bought the S6. I was using Hangouts but for some reason it became very slow. I would type a sentence and 2 to 3 seconds later the words would show up. It got very annoying so I switched to Message+. That was working fine until the notification tone randomly stopped working...

My friend does have AT&T so I could use his contract to get it unlocked and go to TM but even at $15/month, I'm better off not using the standalone feature and just make sure I always have my phone on me. We all know $15/month turns into $25/month with taxes and fees lol
