Thank you getmealive, it work with LG Support Tool, now i have 4.4.2

When i try to install the KK update i recieve an error. Error say that my device is in a root process and the update can't be made, but my tablet is not root in present. I try to root and un-root, i made hard recovery factory, but the error persists. Any advice? Thanks.
