I got my phone on 4/20 in the afternoon. I registered through the Shop Samsung app immediately and was approved the next morning 4/21 and paid the $99 immediately. Just received a shipping confirmation today (4/28). 5lb package to be delivered on Tues.

My replacement has been working great since last week. Rotates fine. I charge it on the fast charger when I get home from work before I go to the gym, then again overnight and no issues at all. The first phone I got stopped rotating after a day so I'm hopeful this will be fine.

I'm on Verizon and just downloaded the OneDrive app on my phone. Saw the 100GB offer, signed in and now I have 115GB

The *#0*# is blocked by Verizon. The phone I returned also had the "rattle" at the top where my replacement does not. Almost seems like it must be a hardware issue, but who really knows. At least Samsung will start getting more calls and phones returned so they can investigate this further.

Picked up my replacement yesterday and so far so good. The Verizon rep I was dealing with said 2 other people came in since I did on 4/14 with the same issue. He said he thinks it might be a software issue and now that Samsung is seeing more units returned with the issue they will likely push...

I don't use wireless charging. Mine actually started happening immediately after I used the heart rate sensor to take a picture. Doubt that was the cause as others reported the issue after random uses.

I'm having the same problem. It was fine yesterday but today it's upside down.

I was going to do this but ordered a Spigen neo hybrid cc case and it actually doesn't seem bad. Still thinking the square trade warranty at <$5 month might be a good idea though.
