Let's believe that they're telling the truth that they are shipping everything tonight. Something is going on because I was trying to look at my order before I got the label and couldn't. Then I was trying to go to order support to chat and annoy another rep and I couldn't. The Samsung website...

Finally got a label. They picked it up at 3:47 pm and it gets here tomorrow. I'm guessing they are picking up and scanning everything now.

I'm going to be screwed then because if they do what they've done to some people which is that the label pops up when it's already set to be delivered that day I won't be able to set the hold.

Probably. I think there's a time limit on doing that and being able to pick up the same day.

My buds shipped first and got here yesterday. I'm leaving them at the FedEx I had them held at until they finally ship my phone so I can pick up both. What's crazy is that the buds showed up as backordered the whole time and then randomly shipped and the phone hasn't shipped.

I'm just wondering then how I'm supposed to know when the phone is coming. I need it held at my local FedEx because I work weekdays during business hours.

Yup. I've refreshed the FedEx app all day and nothing. The Samsung order still says expected delivery March 5. I don't get it.

My regret is ordering directly from Samsung and not ordering from my carrier since I still haven't gotten shipping.

Now I can't even see my order. I keep getting a message "unable to retrieve your orders, please come back later."
