    Huge Problem

    It's only happened today, but it's been horrible today. I took it into Verizon and they said that somehow the phone is completely broken, but it's still on warranty so I got a new one.

    So my Galaxy s4 is just over 5 months old and recently, I had this HUGE problem where it will act like someone is touching the screen. It's near the home icon on the home screen and I've soft reset it, but not hard reset it yet, I don't know what to do.
