Hi I just got my Mate 9 and it's an awesome phone. The only thing I cant seem to do is change SMS sounds for each contact. Is there a way to do this? If not can someone recommend a good SMS messenger replacement? Thanks

I apologize for the dumb question but once I unroot the phone I can then update to gingerbread by doing the home screen/Menu/Settings/System updates/HTC software Update? Then root via revolutionary? EDIT I took care of everything. Un rooted, Updated and Rooted the phone. Everything went real...
