... actually, I just figured out I was pushing a wrong button so I got it to reset and now I have no idea how to delete this. lol If an admin/anyone wants to delete this since it's unneeded, feel free. :D

My touch screen is completely unresponsive on my phone. I'm going to send it back to the company, but I would really like to do the factory reset before hand (I have no idea what messages may be on there lol). Obviously if the touch screen doesn't work, I can't go to Settings and do the reset...
