Agreed Kevin. Charging time should not vary much from unit to unit (using std 1.8A charger). Its a physical quality of the phone, much like other benchmarks. Thus the reason I quoted anandtech. Obviously all reviews have bias. Its up to the reader to filter this and look at them objectively.

I guess anandtech's review had a total charging time of 2.8 hours. Guess 4 hours while using it would be comparable. Guess people are exaggerating some with the "90 min" charge times.

Yes! Thank you Allan. I went into the basic theme in downloaded apps and uninstalled the updates and that worked. Hmm...curious why the updates did that. Hope it doesnt keep auto updating to that. Thanks for the help from you both.
