Mine charges to 100% and stays there. I have noticed that since the January update my watch seems to stay charged longer. For example today 7:30 to 5, my watch is still charged to 87%. Battery saving is NOT turned on. However, I haven’t made any phone calls using my watch today.

I stumbled and almost fell about a year ago with the Watch 6. It immediately started contacting emergency services. I stopped it before it went through because I didn’t need help, but it was reassuring that it worked. Fortunately, I haven’t had a repeat since I got my watch 7, but I assume it works.

Possibly the NFC is causing the fanfare notification. I turned it off and haven’t heard the fanfare. However, it only plays about once per day and I am not always near my phone. I’ll give it a few days to see if this is it

I have gone through the apps and turned off notifications. Hoping that will work
