I found the source of the problem but sadly no solution. The source of the problem ist Lollipop 5.X. The OS creates this Floating Menu Buttons. They are no Tool Boxes and have nothing in common with the Toolbox feature of the S5/mini except that they are appearing as floating ball with 3 dots...

I changed from the S5 mini to the s6 and am using the same launcher version , but with the s5 mini i did not have that problem. What could be the source of the problem?

I have the same problem. Did you find a solution yet? I just see the floating toolbox when I have GO Launcher Ex as launcher. If I click on the toolbox the launchers options are showed.
