Hi im in the U.K and have an unlocked galaxy alpha previously on at&t (G850A) and every time I try updating it to 5.0 lollipop it doesn't work. It uses an at&t server to update so I was wondering if I needed to be in America as it is from America or just use an at&t sim card. Can someone help me...
