    I tried many options. keeping it in blanket. waited for whole night. changed the charger. also, I tried multiple charging options- with power bank, mobile to mobile charging, usb charging. nothing works :( Yes, I travelled from India to Switzerland.

    Does anyone have the battery temperature too low issue. My new note8 doesn't charge at all. It says charging stopped. battery will be charged once temperature is normal
