Anybody receive a text message from Stericycle requesting to meet and pick up the Note 7 in person?

Good to see your phone was delivered to Samsung HQ. UPS has confirmed the phone is missing. It was said in so many words that the package was powered while in their possession and the phone was stolen. Samsung has already filed a claim. Now I have to see where it goes from here.

OK. If a situation couldn't get worse, now it appears that the fireproof box used to ship the phone back to Samsung is listed as damaged on the UPS website. And the phone has not been delivered to its destination yet. I packaged that phone as instructed. This is becoming ridiculous!!

On the upper right side of the return shipping label there are reference items, such as ID, Sequence, and Event numbers. I figure those are internal tracking numbers for Samsung. I snapped a picture of the label in case I need to reference these numbers or the 511 number given to me.

Received my box earlier today. I have it packed with the phone only because the interior boxing only allows the Note 7 only to be packed. Apparently, I'll be keeping the accessories. It's being dropped off at a nearby UPS Store tomorrow.
